Daelim bagged the e-Pyeonhan Sesang Chudong Park 2 APT construction project on January 31. The contract amount is KRW 266.9 billion (excluding VAT); Daelim’s stake is 70%, and Korea Development Corporation’s is 30%. The project involves building 1,773 APT units with 4 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground in Shingok-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. Construction will kick off in March 2017.
